- Paging options: left-press drag, Shift+left-click (jump to slice), mouse wheel scroll, Quick Page (Q), and backslash (page current and comparison)
- Power wheel: scroll once to start autoplay, increase speed with additional scrolls, stop with reverse scroll or left-click
- Linked paging activates near viewport borders, allowing synchronised paging across series
- 3D targeting: hold left mouse button for 0.3 seconds to show the corresponding location across all series
- Window/Level: right+left mouse drag; preset menus available for CT, PT, and NM images
- Toolbox: hold right-press for 0.3 seconds then drag to select a tool, or press T
- Drag thumbnails into any viewport for flexible comparison across multiple exams
