In this video:
- Exams auto-assign and pre-cache (including relevant priors) when you log in
- Physicians can be configured to see assigned exams only, or assigned plus unassigned
- Pause auto-assignment using the switch at the lower right of the in-flight screen
- Remember to turn auto-assignment back on after a break
